What is Selectron Systems AG?
Selectron is a Swiss company, founded in 1956. Following successes in medical technology, industrial and building systems automation, it concentrated above all on the market for automation in rail vehicles from the end of the 1990s onwards. Nowadays, we achieve 85% of our total sales in this market segment. The company is privately owned. A large proportion of the workforce holds investments in the company. The company's major goals are to establish itself even more strongly in the segment for safety-related automation as well as to make train control and monitoring systems even more open and transparent for our users.
