Users of the HMC enjoy an advanced user experience of analyzed information in real-time, predefined alerts, visual representation of the train’s health status and dynamic maps. The HMC includes an administrator configuration application for dynamic, versatile and advanced definitions of the system, ranging from system wide alterations, like an easy and straight-forward interface for changing or creating a whole new set of languages and translations, to more localized and specific customizations like creating specific user groups. Permissions, audit, vehicle type management, HR and certifications/qualifications, and tasks is only a partial list of the available, and easily accessible customizations made readily available at any point.

The key features of the "Control Freak" include:
  1. Dynamic configuration of vehicle types, sensors, alerts, tasks and events.
  2. Rule-Base Engine for advanced configuration of the vehicle's condition based on the sensor's statuses.
  3. Real-time visualization of train condition on different levels as a general dashboard or detailed information.
  4. Historical debriefing of failures, logs and positioning
  5. Integration to timetable, speed limits, assigned personnel and dispatching to enable monitoring of SLA and better debriefing of failures during trip.
  6. Integration to external systems, such as SAP and Maintenance Management Systems for an integrated solution
  7. Optional management of human resources, maintenance tasks and dispatching based on qualifications and availability. Tasks can be generated automatically as a result of failures or status of sensors.
  8. Remote access to control and execute commands or apply policies
  9. BI module for a graphical presentation of failures, suitable for decision makers across all management levels. The BI analyzes accumulated information and enables debriefing of repeated failures, reliability indicators and a comparison between periods, vehicle types etc.
