LMC Pipe/Tube Clamps are manufactured according to DIN 3015 Standard.
- Standard Series Clamps (DIN 3015/1 Norm) can withstand the shock and vibration of hydraulics systems operating at up to 2,000 psi / 137 bar. Clamp bodies are made of PP, PA, ALU or TPE, and clamp metal accessories are made of Carbon Steel, stainless steel AISI 304 or AISI 316. The standard series is offered in several different configurations; weld-mounting, bolt-mounting, rail-mounting, stacking, double weld-mounting and group weld-mounting.
- Heavy Series Clamps (DIN 3015/2 Norm ) , are ideal for the heavy operating conditions and can bear big amount of shock and vibrations of the hydraulic systems operating at up to 5,000 psi / 340 bar. With the use of Double Heavy Design, lines with operating pressure up to 10,000 psi / 690 bar can be handled. Some major industries using LMC Heavy Series clamps are Steel Industry, Marine & Offshore, Oil & Gas Industry, Process & Chemical Industry. For the high temperatures and/or pressurized working conditions, Aluminium body clamps are highly recommended.
- Twin Series Clamps (DIN 3015/3 Norm ) are excellent choice where multiple lines are required, The bodies can be made of PP, PA or TPE and the hardware can be Carbon Steel or AISI 304 or AISI 316 upon request. Many industries such as Mobile Hydraulics, Agriculture and Construction Machinery, Railway Vehicles, etc.frequently use Twin Series Clamps for connecting and fixing the related pipes or tubes to the system. Twin series can be mounted using a weld plate, rails or stacking kits.
