  • Train of Freight Failures Detection System (TFDS) is an important part of railway vehicle safety monitoring system. This system makes use of computer, automatic control, high speed image collection, network and other technologies, and it uses industrial high-speed camera as the image collection unit to collect the image of the running train in high speed. It used manpower detection or image automatic detection technology to find the fault to provide railway truck fault track edge dynamic detection with fault image information collection, storage, transmission and pre-warning service by network monitoring, centralized alarming, information sharing and man-machine joint control, which improves the quality of train examination, the level of operation efficiency and vehicle safety protection and strengthen the collection and management of fault basic information in track application. This system is composed by the three parts of track edge detection equipment, track edge computer room equipment and train examination center equipment.
  • Infrared linear laser light source, first initiation in the whole road, could obtain clear images under strong sunlight, and gained invention patent. Combine line-scan digital camera with infrared linear light source to achieve sunshine interference resistance, photograph continues non-stitching images, same brightness of distance, vicinity, day and night, which facilitates the automatic identification of fault.
  1. Linear scanning technology is more beneficial to image automatic identification, the photos photographed each direction seamlessly, which facilitates to determine the position of the fault, it has strong sunshine interference resistance, it only images the moving object, the static objects will not be photographed, so that there's no background interference.
  2. Framing in narrow slit and sand, dust, rain and snow resistance are good.
  3. The compensation light is invisible light, it will not affect train travelling.
  4. Integration and modular design, it is easy to install and maintain.
