Sweco plans the mobility of the futureSweco is Europe’s leading architecture and engineering consultancy. We offer you innovative and proven solutions for all aspects of transportation, logistics and mobility. This year, we are focusing on the “Digitial Twin” together with our international experts.
The progressive digitalization of all processes calls for new and innovative solutions. Sweco's experts have a broad range of professional and interdisciplinary experience, including the application of Building Information Modeling (BIM). Here we can benefit from the practical experience of our international colleagues and are in close contact with Sweco experts from other countries. In cooperation with our colleagues from Sweden, this year we are emphasizing the "Digital Twin". A "Digital Twin" is a virtual replica of a system, e.g. a railway switch, through which the system’s entire life cycle can be simulated, better understood, predicted and optimised.
In the Transport & Mobility business area, our strengths lie in solving design and management tasks in the areas of
- Railway systems (railways, trams, subways, urban railways)
- Road traffic facilities (motorways, roads, paths)
- Tunnel, bridge and engineering constructions
- Waterways and locks
- Hydraulic Engineering and Flood Protection
- Transportation, planning and logistics
- Project Management Software (PKS NETPlan)
Please don’t hesitate to visit our stand number 321 in hall 25 and talk to our experts personally. We offer you a short presentation about the “Digital Twin” followed by a discussion, on Tuesday at 3 p. m. and from Wednesday to Thursday at 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. Our Swedish Sweco colleagues will be happy to inform you. We look forward to an interesting exchange!
